Base Products

Credits or refunds are issued for 4 x 2L cartons only, unless otherwise approved by Management under specific circumstances.

Products must be unopened and undamaged.

To be eligible for a credit or refund, products must have a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life.

If the Use By Date or Batch Number is unreadable, Management will review invoices from the previous 9 months. If the product has not been invoiced within this period, it will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Products invoiced at $0.00 (including promotional or free stock) are not eligible for credit or refund.
Flavours

Credits or refunds are issued for 2L bottles only.

Cups, Lids & Straws

Sleeves must be unopened and undamaged.

Management will review invoices from the previous 12 months. If the product has not been invoiced within this period, it will not be eligible for credit or refund unless approved by Management under specific circumstances.
Procedure of Returns
Returned items will be inspected by a Slush Puppie Representative upon receipt. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued to the customer’s account.
Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method used.
For bank transfer refunds, proof of account must be supplied in the form of a bank statement showing:
Account Name (must match the Slush Puppie account)
BSB
Account Number
Slush Puppie Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return, credit, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.

Ownership of Equipment
All machines supplied under any Slush Puppie Pty Ltd placement, insurance, lease, profit share, or loan agreement remain the property of Slush Puppie Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Machine Returns & Stock Returns
Customers must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice to return any SLUSH PUPPiE-owned equipment. Equipment must be cleaned and accessible for collection. Early returns within the initial 12-month period may incur freight, removal, contract shortfall, or termination fees. Any stock returns require prior written approval, are returned at the customer’s expense, and may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with our Returns Policy. Freight, fuel levies, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Minimum Sales Requirements
Sites participating in a machine placement program may be required to maintain minimum annual purchases.
Failure to achieve the required minimum sales volume may result in:

Additional fees as outlined in the agreement

Account Reviews
Account performance is reviewed on an individual site basis. Sales from separate locations cannot be combined unless approved in writing.
Equipment Care
Customers agree to:

Maintain equipment in a clean condition

Follow all operating instructions
-
Report faults promptly
-
Allow access for maintenance and inspections
Service and Repairs
Slush Puppie Pty Ltd may charge for service calls resulting from:

Operator misuse
-
Incorrect cleaning procedures
-
Use of non-approved products
-
Damage caused by negligence
Removal of Equipment
Where a site no longer meets program requirements, ceases trading, or breaches agreement terms, Slush Puppie Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove its equipment.
Customers must:

Provide reasonable access

Ensure equipment is empty and cleaned
-
Make equipment available within the timeframe advised
Early Termination
Where equipment is removed before the minimum contract period has expired, charges may apply in accordance with the customer’s agreement.
Insurance Fees
Annual or bi-annual insurance fees may apply to equipment supplied under certain programs. These fees remain payable regardless of machine usage unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership of Product
Any stock purchased remains the property of the customer. Slush Puppie Pty Ltd is not obligated to compensate for unused stock following machine removal.
Changes to Program Terms
Slush Puppie Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend program requirements and terms with reasonable notice.
